Indelible track record in team development from formation to performance, project management up to implementation and evaluation, talent identification up to retention, performance improvement through institutionalizing individual and organizational greatness up to the attainment of exceptional results; facilitation skills which include the world renowned “Seven Habits of Highly Effective People” training, asset and liability mobilization, and management. 

Over 37 years work experience in various roles which include Head of Specialized Retails Sales at Barclays Bank (now ABSA), Head Home Loans at Stanbic Bank and General Manager at Franklin Covey Zambia.

Committed to lifelong learning. She is pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship to enhance the current BA in Financial Services (UNZA), Advanced Professional Diploma in Banking and Financial Services, Advanced Diploma in Insurance, Post Graduate Certificate in Business Studies, Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Training Management. This academic and professional knowledge was intensely augmented by local and international in-house training in various genre from Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, Kenya, Portugal, UK and USA.

Adeline Mushiba Mukelabai

Adeline Mushiba Mukelabai is a chartered accountant holding ACCA membership since November of 2006. Adeline also holds a Masters in Accounting with a concentration in Audit from Southern New Hampshire University in the United States, acquired in 2019. 

Adeline brings experience in accounting, finance and treasury acquired over the years, mostly from her time at Better-now Finance Company where she held the Executive positions of CFO and Secretary to the board. She was part of the team that was instrumental in establishing the financial institution. 

She also comes with Audit experience obtained from her time at KPMG and BDO. Having audited companies in different sectors, she has a passion for good corporate governance and believes its one of the factors that determine a company’s success or failure. She believes it is important for a company to have proper structures that clearly separate roles and responsibilities and strengthen the control environment.

Currently, Adeline is based in the United States where she works in accounting and taxation field for Lowden Street Capital Management, which owns a group of Companies including Good Labor Jobs Staffing & Recruiting LLC.

Mzondiwe Mwanza

Chief Executive Officer

Mzondiwe is a highly accomplished finance professional with a rich history of success in the financial services industry. As the CEO of Lendingscape, he brings over 17 years of experience in leading and transforming financial institutions within the Banking and Microfinance sectors. Mzondiwe is known for his exceptional ability to build a culture of teamwork, unite teams behind a common mission, secure crucial funding, and consistently deliver top-notch performance. His strong interpersonal skills make him a proficient communicator of complex processes and solutions to internal stakeholders. With a proven track record of managing major projects, programs, and initiatives from conception to tactical execution, he has established himself as a flexible and adaptable change agent, driven by a service- oriented and goal-centric attitude.

Mzondiwe's expertise extends to liquidity and capital management, where he excels in ensuring financial institutions have access to lower-cost funds through the implementation of intelligent hedging strategies. His passion lies in creating innovative and scalable solutions to promote financial inclusion for underserved communities.

Before assuming his current role as CEO at LendingScape, Mzondiwe held various key positions, including CFO for FINCA Zambia, Finance Manager for Stanbic Bank Zambia, and CFO for Stanbic Insurance Brokers, among others. In these roles, he was responsible for financial management, business strategy development, and capital management, among other critical functions. Throughout his career, Mzondiwe has honed his skills in organizational re-engineering. Early in his career, he held several finance and planning positions at Zambian Airways Limited.

Mzondiwe holds an M.Sc. in Strategic Business Management and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and Chartered Global Management Accountants (CGMA).

Sandra Kambikambi

Sandra is a CA Zambia (ZiCA) Graduate member and holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance - with specialization in Microfinance Management. She is an enthusiastic finance professional with over 10 years working experience in various entities in the Financial sector, Telecommunication sector and Consultancy and Services firms.

She has proven experience and skills in Financial accounting, Management reporting, Treasury & Taxation functions, Financial planning & Advisory, Revenue Assurance, Risk Management, Operational controls monitoring, and Corporate Support services.
